全新的欧盟《新玩具安全指令》无疑会使我国玩具在入口欧盟之前的检测利息大大增加。
做这行的人都知道，玩具是一个利润率较低的行业，价格对我来说是很敏感的玩具入口到国外，低价 ” 很重要的一个竞争手段。检测本钱的增加，无疑使玩具的利息进一步上升，玩具企业的利润空间越来越小。杭州一家玩具入口企业的负责人无奈地表示。

此外，近期，美国《消费品平安改进法案》 CPSIA 违规处分的最终规则正式实施。美国 CPSIA 新规中最突出的改变之一是对铅含量的要求：儿童产品中的总铅含量限值不能超过 0.03% 而在玩具、家具等产品上使用的油漆油墨等涂层材料中的铅含量限值从 0.06% 降至 0.009% 新规更是要求儿童产品需要由第三方认证机构进行测试之后，才出口到美国。
业内人士称，如果要完全适应美国的新标准，一间玩具厂因此增加的检测费用投入，大概会占到总成本的 1% 左右。这对利润本来就不高的玩具生产商来说，也不是一个好消息。
